You’ve gone through all the steps from assessment to action and now, it’s time to check the box, pat yourself on the back, put your strategy in a drawer, and never look at again, right? No way! The Curated Career Journey process is iterative and ongoing. Every module represents an opportunity to learn, re-evaluate, and then review. In Module 4, we will review the big picture, put all the pieces together and discuss the importance of evolving through the learning process.

There are no new documents to create and no new exercises to try. Instead, this section is just a conversation between me and you - and between YOU and you. The iterative process is critical to you gaining a sense of clarity and confidence having done the inner work and the research. It ensures you are ready to take small, consistent actions, and learn from the outcomes. You will know how to engage others in your iterative process so that you build a team the provides you with the greatest chance for success. And finally, you will increasingly enjoy the process because you are centering yourself while curating your career in a way you never have.
